Agriculture, Agro Commodities & Allied Products

To cultivate, grow, produce, harvest raise or deal in agriculture produce as agriculturists, farmers or gardeners and to set up processing unit for import, export, distribute, sale, purchase or deal in agriculture produce of all description like fruits, vegetable, seeds, cereals, pulses, wholesale of edible oil, oil seeds, spices, organic products and herbal products, animal feeds and to do trading of the agri-commodities whether perishable or nonperishable.

The business also includes stocking of agricultural commodities at own or leased premises, promotion and sale of own brands along with farmer produce, and trade in products required for cultivation, harvesting, production and development of seeds, vegetables, fruits and herbal items.

The Company may also deal in pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, sprays, centrifuges, medicines, drugs and scientific chemicals or any nature used or capable of being used in the pharmaceutical industry, agricultural chemicals, petrochemicals, industrial chemicals or any mixtures, derivatives and compounds thereof.

Contracts, Infrastructure & Government Tenders

To carry on the business of contractors, sub-contractors, quasi contractors whether for government or for semi-government bodies or corporation or company or society or body corporate or firms or individuals or schools or clubs or other bodies or private works.

The Company may undertake contracts and sub-contracts and all types of government tenders relating to construction, infra based solar supplies, agro commodities, modification, repairing, alteration, removal, redecoration, redesigning, enlarging, improving and designing of civil work and buildings for whatever use.

The business scope also includes construction of roads and supply of manpower services.

Tobacco, Bidi, Cigar & Cigarette Products

To carry on the business as producers, cultivators, manufacturers, buyers, sellers, importers, exporters, processors, traders and dealers of buying, stocking, selling, exporting, importing, blending, treating, grading and processing in all kind of tobacco, bidis, cigarettes, cigars, smoking and chewing tobacco, snuff grinders and other related products.

The business also covers raw materials, ingredients and intermediates generally required and used in the manufacture of bidis, cigarettes and cigars, including tobacco, tendu leaves, thread, wrapping paper, wrapping materials and packing materials.

It further includes match lights, matches, match boxes, pipes, smokers' requisites and any other article required by or convenient to smokers, merchants and box merchants, together with other articles and things commonly dealt in by tobacconists.

Intellectual Property & Business Rights

To purchase or otherwise acquire and take over, register in its own name or purchase outright or on royalty basis the patent rights, trade marks and such other rights and privileges of a running business and/or establishment or establishments carrying business of Bidi, Cigar, Cigarettes and tobacconist in India or elsewhere.

The Company may enter into agreement or agreements with such establishment or establishments for the purpose of acquiring and taking over the stock of raw materials, finished products of tobacco, other articles, things, rights, liabilities and privileges of the said establishment or establishments.
