Shareholder Information

Information to be provided to RTA, if holding shares in physical form

The Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") vide its circular dated 3rd November 2021 has made it mandatory for the shareholders holding securities in physical form to furnish PAN, KYC details and Nomination to the Registrar and Transfer Agent ("RTA") of the Company.

In case of failure to provide required documents and details as per the aforesaid SEBI circular, all folios of such shareholders shall be frozen on or after 1st April 2023 by the RTA.

Further SEBI vide its circular dated 14th December, 2021 has issued clarification with respect to its earlier circular dated 3rd November, 2021.

Documents / details required from shareholders

Shareholders of the Company holding shares in physical form shall provide the following documents / details to the RTA of the Company:

  • Permanent Account Number ("PAN")
  • Nomination (for all eligible folios) in Form No. SH-13 or submit declaration to "Opt-Out" in Form No. ISR-3.
  • Any cancellation or change in nomination shall be provided in Form No. SH-14.
  • Contact details including postal address with PIN code, Mobile Number, e-mail address.
  • Bank account details including bank name and branch, bank account number, IFSC.
  • Specimen signature.

Please provide the above documents / details to the RTA of the Company at the address mentioned below along with other basic details like name of the shareholder, folio number, certificate number and distinctive numbers.

Dematerialisation

Issue of Shares in Demat Mode Only

Further, SEBI vide its circular dated January 25, 2022, has mandated that listed companies shall issue the securities in dematerialized form only, in order to enhance ease of dealing in securities markets by investors, for transactions including Issue of duplicate securities certificate, claim from unclaimed suspense account, renewal / exchange of securities certificate, endorsement, sub-division / splitting of securities certificate, consolidation of securities certificates / folios, transmission and transposition of shares.

In view of the above, the securities holder/claimant shall submit duly filled up Form ISR-4 which can be downloaded on the link provided in the table below at Sr. No. 4 along with the documents / details specified in the SEBI Circular.
